I saw an interview with Deepok Chopra recently, and he said don't do New Year's resolutions that are bound to fail. Instead of working on motivation, work on your inspiration (which comes from the spirit). I liked that a lot and think that's what I'll do - goal oriented motivation lacks something from the spirit. Wishing you a 2011 full of good things.
