We're going to learn about expressing our experience with the essential oils of magnificent plant life in words, line, color and collage. We're going to learn about healing ourselves on multiple levels And we're going to have fun!
I've been working with these essential oils for a year and have fallen head over heels in love with them because they've made such a profound difference in my life and well-being and happiness. I've been using the oils as part of the healing tool box with my private coaching clients and they've been noticing the subtle differences in their lives, expansion of spirit and creativity, too. It's a little tricky to write about which is why I want you to experience, directly, what these oils are all about. It's just like drawing. You can talk about it till the cows come home but till you actually do it, and practice it, you can't get it. It's all about direct experience.
That's what my teaching is about, that's what drawing is about, it's what I'm about and what these oils are about. Direct experience.

For your creative journaling, you'll need a high quality blank paper journal, pencils, watercolor pencils, pen, brush, markers, magazines, glue sticks or some combination thereof. We'll start with pencil, pen and ink and I'll give you my best suggestions on materials. My suggestions are from experience working with students over the past 20 years. I keep the best quality and lowest price in mind. You can use different materials, but you'll get different results. Trust my experience.
Remember, you receive my instruction primer on drawing and using watercolor pencils including foundation exercise in color in advance (as soon as you enroll) as part of the course!
