I share with you an eclectic variety of holistic self-coaching and healing tools
ranging from energetic work to physical exercises,
from nutrition and spiritual practices
to creative work and ways to better understand your brain.

In 2013-14, I ran a successful online group introductory course
in self-healing and creative coaching techniques called Life is the First Art.
On the heels of that, I ran into a series of personal health problems and had to gather, hone and add to
all of the healing knowledge I'd gleaned from a lifetime of study and practice.
Having recovered from that series of challenges, I've rebuilt that original program from the ground up
and offer it to help you heal and evolve now.

Experience
I am an encouraging, supportive and intuitive coach and teacher.
My teaching experience includes live and online courses and workshops in
essential oils, energetic healing, self-coaching and healing, Introduction to astrology and the tarot,
music history, song form, songwriting, guitar, costume design, drawing, watercolor, art history.
General experience includes creative, administrative and production work on
book project management and design, book illustration,
painting and museum exhibits,
song albums, musical recording production and design,
curriculum design and implementation for live and online courses,
concert and lecture series, live music and theater performance,
building design and construction.
Strengths include project framing, systematic design and management, details,
writing, editing, and illustrating.
My spiritual approach to teaching and the creative process is influenced by
decades of daily yoga practice including Kundalini Yoga training, Alan Watts,
direct study with Ram Dass and Pema Chodron,
and Shambhala Training completed at Karma Cholling in 1994.
